Delete it in the app
If you can sign in, this is the quickest way:
- Open DeckWatch and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately, along with the data stored in the cloud under it.

Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@marinershandapp.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete the account and its associated data.
Scope
What gets deleted
- Your account (email / Google sign-in identity).
- The data stored in the cloud on vessels you own — work items, inspections, certificates, defects, record books, statements of facts, handover notes, photos and similar.
- Your photos and personal cloud backups.
Data you contributed to a vessel owned by someone else stays with that vessel (it belongs to the vessel owner).
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data kept only on your device (never synced — e.g. guest mode or
device-only vessels) is stored locally and is removed when you delete the
app or its data from your phone.
